Uma is the founder of our tutoring and college preparatory program. With over 18 years of experience in teaching and education, Uma brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Her passion for empowering students and guiding them towards academic success is the driving force behind our program's mission. 

Shruthi is a dynamic member of the team with a unique background in technology and academia. Currently working at Meta, Shruthi is an alumna of both UC Berkeley and Dartmouth College, where she honed her skills and passion for research and innovation. Shruthi leverages her diverse experiences and insights to play a key role in shaping our innovative approach to tutoring and college preparation.

Neha graduated with honors from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) and earned her MBA from Stanford. Today, she is CEO of Aam The Label and has been featured in Forbes. A deeply skilled writer, Neha's essays secured admissions to top universities like UPenn, Brown, Berkeley, UCLA, and others. She excels in helping students unearth their stories and craft compelling admissions essays, guiding them towards their academic dreams with expertise and passion.
